Annually on July 30th, the Day of the Russian Navy is held throughout Russia as well as Crimea, which has recently returned into the Federation. Meanwhile, NATO ships are stationed in the port of Odessa, Ukraine - yet Ukraine is neither part of NATO nor the EU.
